Lalnunthari Sitkil gets IRS post

New Delhi:Miss Lalnunthari Sitkit @ Thari Sitkil who Rank 821 in the UPSC Civil Service Examination 2009 has been allocated the Indian Revenue Service – IRS (C&CE).
The eldest daughter of Pu Lalsanglura, Govt school teacher and Pi Darchingpui working in the Treasury office Lamka hails from Khawpuibung in Churachandpur.
She is the eldest among the four sibling sisters.
Thari said, she is trying for another higher post and is waiting for another prelim result. She said that she would report for joining only if she is not getting a better allocation in the up coming final results.
She is currently working as a Lecturer under the Dept of Political Science at Dyal Singh College, Delhi University from 2005 December.
She did her Class X from Bethany Christian Higher School and finished Class XII from Raybun College in 1997 (3rd Position Holder & Letter mark in Englsh).
She finished her B. A. at Lady Shri Ram College (Pol). MA in JNU (CPS) and M.Phil in JNU (SIS). She is yet to complete her Ph.D.
