Sex-tainted Swami Nithyananda speaks out for Ranjitha.
Bangalore: Sex tainted-godman Swami Nithyananda who was caught in a compromising position with Tamil actress Ranjitha said in a video message that he felt “deeply sorry” for her.
The Bangalore-based guru said the sex “scam” did not had any effect on his personal image but blamed some “people” for targeting his devotees, especially actress Ranjitha.
“When the scam broke out, I did not feel hurt for myself but I felt clearly hurt for all the pain and suffering caused to my devotees, especially Ranjita,” Nityananda said.
“She is such a wonderful devotee who has done so much voluntary work for the organisation,” he said.
Nithyananda was recently set free by the Karnataka High Couty after 50 days in jail. He was arrested and charge-sheeted for rape and unnatural sex.

For once i agree with Nithyananda. Ranjitha is a great personality who is ready to do anything for her guru. Sad part is she picks the wrong one.
Feeling sorry for the hurt caused to someone is human, which does not seem to be evident in the comments that some readers make.
