In an interview with ‘Beiseina Christian Monthly’ Bethsy told editor  Mickey Hlondo that virginity is not only precious, but it is also God’s way. “I can’t say about the future, but I’m planning to remain a virgin till my marriage. It’s not only precious but very dear to to me.”

The 20-year-old singer also said that music sets her free and dancing is one of her favourite activities. Besides, she also loves high jump, long jump, volleyball and badminton.

Picking her favourite from some of the songs she had recorded Bethsy said ‘Engkim i ropui nan’ is her best song as this is her “daily testimony”.

Lamenting the youth culture of ‘high fashion statement’ on Sundays the young singer said: ‘It’s a good trend that young people are now wearing ‘puan’ again, but giving too much importance to fashion is not good. Sundays, these days, have become a ‘fashion show’ day.”

Bethsy has to her credits two music albums: ‘Min Tlan Ta’ (2001) and ‘Engkim I Ropui Nan’ (2009).
