And you come down to highways and demand money whenever we pass by. You burn our trucks loaded with goods and oil tankers too. Be a human and at least stop destroying such factory products. Lots of people have put their sweats in converting the raw materails to these products. You living in jungles wouldn’t have ever though about this.

mr.kamei,i feel real pity upon u on having such shallow knowledge about your own history.may be u have forgotten that the longest serving chief minister of manipur was a naga himself who did nothing to improve his own naga peoples' lot.what a waste!and u dare to say that the meeteis have exploited tribals!what a joke!in every government institutions there are tribals holding high posts not because they are the only eligible but because they have the quota system.u people urself are residing in the valley but when any meitei want to settle in the hill,u kill them!u dare to call those 18 precious lives as rioters,and those protesting womens as shameless.u r such a low life who dont know how to respect women.may be ur little brain will find it hard to fathom that a women will not dare to shed her clothes unless pushed to extreme.and people like u push them to that extreme point.u r supporting the inhumane blockades by giving some baseless explanations,what a waste ur life is!i am aghast who make such people like u!!!

i was a fierce supporter of the Naga and tribal cause until the moment i started reading this trash. if this is what every naga believes, then it's pure insanity. the manipuri muslims are Meiteis!!! there are Meitei hindus (majority), Meitei Christians (like me), Meitei Sanamahis (original religion) and Meitei Pangals (muslims)… hindi speaking people are served quit notice by the Meiteis is another blatant lie when 28% of the valley population are the 'mainland' indians whom we call mayaangs. these mayaangs are the group of people who dominate the meiteis and nagas alike in business. how can a community serve quit notice on another indian community/race?

i like mangboi's view. i m a meitei. imagine a kangleipak meant only for the meiteis. we cud become ST and enjoy all the gains, tax free world. our land maybe small but look at the benifits we would enjoy. and wen the other communities comes to the new kangleipak, we can enjoy the benefits from different sectors like health, education, infrastructure to name a few by collecting taxes.
the idea of united manipur is dull, plus the tribals dont support this, its like dont like running after a girl who doesnot love you, its useless…..most importantly its hindering meitei's socio-political-economic development
and get this its the tribals that are living in the valley, meiteis dont live in the hills…though meiteis will also suffer , tribals esp. tangkhuls will be the bigger sufferer here.
