New Delhi, May 30: Delhi has never ending crime against India’s north-easterners. A 24-year-old boy has been cheated by a shop owner for more than a week here in Lado Sarai.

According to victim Manga (name changed), his computer monitor has been repaired by Mukesh (name changed), owner of electronics repairing shop in Lado Sarai since May 22. Mukesh promised him to solve the monitor’s problem and charged him Rs. 400. Manga paid the amount in full advance on the first encounter.

On the following day, Mukesh informed Manga that the repairing of monitor was over. Manga took his monitor later in the evening.

“The monitor did not at all when I tested at home. It shuts down completely. I call-up Mukesh. After awhile, he came and did some work, but nothing happens. So he promised me that he will come again by tomorrow morning with his equipments. He never turns up till today,” said Manga

Manga calls Mukesh several times, but Mukesh did not pick-up his calls. Once again, Manga approached Mukesh and requested him to repair perfectly. Mukesh had strongly rejected Manga’s fervent prayer on yesterday. Additional charges were also imposed by Mukesh in order to carry out the repairing works.

The distressed Manga reported the matter to Delhi Police at around 8 pm. A policeman arrived in his PCR Van immediately. Before the policeman, Mukesh made several allegations of Manga, but could not proof himself. Still Mukesh was adamant to his stand.

During this melee, Mukesh’s house owner tried to intervene in supporting his tenant. The policeman bluffs him off to ‘keep quiet’. And Mukesh was ordered to refund the money to his customer Manga. Mukesh began sobbing in tears saying that he has nothing. At last, the sympathizer house owner paid the money inlieu of Mukesh.

Manga lives with his brother and sister. He works in Gurgaon, his sister works in Delhi and his brother is a post-graduate student. They have been living here for the past two years.

This item is not news worthy at all. Especially saying something stupid as Delhi is evil only towards people of North-Eastern part of India.

It is a shitty place for everyone, filled with mostly snobby and/or rude people who think themselves to be the king of the world cause they live in the same damn place as the scum of the nation, who happen to rule it.

In-fact I believe that the Eastern Himalayas( I prefer it as the North-Eastern states are located in the Eastern part of India) are a much better place to live and have a better quality of life than most parts of India. At least there is (more than) enough food, there are (almost) no stupid communal riots and people get along pretty well, being even more courteous to other country-men than other places. Perhaps that is why when people go to places like Mumbai or Delhi, they feel that they are being singled out, while everyone is in the same shit as them.

It happens to people from UP-Bihar villages, Kumaon, Gharwal, most of MP as well.
