Youths return home after ‘integration’ tour

Aizawl, Feb 10, 2010 (Zonet): Thirty youths from Mizoram who participated in the national integration tour organized by the 23 Sector Assam Rifles returned to Aizawl yesterday.
They were received by the Sports and Youth Services Minister, Mr. Zodintluanga and Senior Officers of Assam Rifles in Lammual.
Addressing the reception, the Sports Minister hoped that their visit to important cities and famous places in the country will widen the horizon of the youths to understand the variety of culture of different communities in the country.
The team visited Bangalore, Mysore, Trivandrum and Chennai. The function was attended among others by the Col. Z.S Zuala, MLA and the DIG of 23 Sector Assam Rifles, Brig. SK Verma.
