WTO seminar for traders held in Aizawl

Aizawl, Feb 27, 2010 (Zonet): A seminar on World Trade Organisation and Regional Trading Arrangements was held in Information Department’s Conference Hall on Feb 24.
Inaugurating the seminar, the Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Lalrinmawia Ralte underlined the need for inter linking trades in wider areas. He also called for widening the knowledge of traders which will empower them for their own benefit.
He also expressed hope that the Look East Policy of the Government of India will widen trade opportunities of the North Eastern States and other parts of the country.
The seminar was organized by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and Economics Department of Mizoram University.
