Mas—tur—bation is good for women

Masturbation is a beutiful word, says All4Women
“Mas–tur–bation is sex with someone you love,” said Woody Allen, but many women feel ashamed to do it. Not only is it ok to mas–tur–bate, there are also great health benefits…
If you’re like most women, you’ve been brought up to think of the idea of masturbation as something dirty, shameful or embarrassing.
While masturbation is considered perfectly acceptable for men, it’s always been something of a taboo subject for women. Not only is it not wrong for women, it can actually have far reaching side effects that can be good for your health.
Sexual climax is the primary reason for masturbation
Of course, the primary reason for masturbation is to bring yourself to sexual climax. This can be an important tool in and of itself, as it is the easiest and best way for a woman to become comfortable with her own body. The more you are aware of your own physical needs, the better you’ll be able to communicate them to your partner, which can lead to a better sexual experience for both of you.
…but masturbation has other benefits too
Aside from improving your ability reach orgasm, however, masturbation can actually have other benefits.
Women tend to be more withdrawn in regards to sexual response than men and masturbation is the easiest way to overcome this. There is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to enjoy yourself and there should be no reason to hesitate about it.
Masturbation is a great stress reliever
Our daily lives can cause us to be under a great deal of stress and that stress can lead to a variety of health problems. Believe it or not, masturbation is one of the easiest, safest and most pleasurable ways to relieve that stress.
It can even help to improve your mood as the hormones released during orgasm can cause intense feelings of happiness and contentment.
Masturbation can help PMS and migraine sufferers
That same release of hormones can also help to ease certain physical discomfort, including the cramping and irritability of PMS and even, in some cases, the symptoms of migraine headaches. Scientists aren’t sure exactly what the connection is between orgasm and pain relief but many people have found that reaching sexual climax can bring physical relief.
A positive effect for your partner
While masturbation is, necessarily, about self pleasure, it can also have a positive effect for your partner as well. Some men actually get excited by watching their partner masturbate, and having a better idea of what brings you pleasure can help you guide your partner during sex.
You should never feel uncomfortable when it comes to showing your partner what you like, good sex should always be about pleasuring both partners, so don’t sell yourself short.
No need to feel guilty about masturbation
And perhaps the most important thing every woman should know about masturbation is that it is not something you should feel guilty about.
There is nothing wrong with pleasuring yourself, even if you are in a committed relationship. Rather than taking away from your experience with your partner, it only enhances it and by allowing you to become more comfortable and confident with your own body, it can actually be empowering.
Masturbation is normal and natural
It’s not a subject that most women talk about easily, but masturbation is a perfectly normal and natural part of the human experience.
So don’t shy away from the idea of experiencing orgasm, it can be one of the most important things you’ll ever do for yourself. Don’t be ashamed…masturbation shouldn’t be a woman’s dirty little secret!

As an English news website claiming to be from Mizoram or run by Mizos, I hope you will be more choosy in picking up what you post in the website. It will be great if you can ask Mizo intellectuals and respected theologians to interpret this kind of important issues. Apart from the content this time the related pictures from the previous article on harley davidson and this one are highly objectionable. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Good luck ME..
My friend thinks that it is a BIG SIN to ahem……..
I'm not ashamed anymore. Thanks again for bring such articles.
As a BELIEVER you should not indulged in such activities. God forbids.
I agree with Sam as far as Harley bikes were concerned. But this article and the picture is quite tasteful. As a woman i see no vulgarity when compared to many of the pictures used by Mizo-based websites or even newspapers.
I think i have seen Lelte Weekly, Lunglen or ZOLIFE having more vulgar pictures of women. I remember Zolife seeing last year's cover in which one lady in red wet skirt was featured(I will not named her,,,i guess u all know specially Sam). Just in case here's one picture that was highly obj…but nobody said nothing

As for our pastors to decide i believe women and common man/woman like us are Godlike enough to decide what amounts to sin and what is not sin.
Hi Remi, thanks for the response. I do not say our pastors should decide for us on matters like this; all I said was that it would have been good for our intellectuals (liberals and conservative alike) and theologians to debate on matters important to our people; not copy pasting from other websites.. That's all I want to say. And about the pictures, if ME wants to scoop to the level of those websites and magazines, it's ME's editorial prerogative.. However, we must always try to stay above others and instead set a good example for others! thanks for hearing me out..
forgive me for the spelling mistake… scoop should be stoop…
When i first saw the ‘M’ word it sounds a bit cranky
However, after reading through the material it was really informative and educational. I think we Mizos need to be more rational and realistic when talking about this ‘S’ issue. Why keep try to keep under the carpet. I think the lack of openess is the root of all the social ills which we are now confronted with.
‘S’ education is necessary and must be taught in our schools.
Must one believe every claim like the 1 above just like that? Where is your crtitical thinking?
Whether or not things like this is a ‘sin’ or not, I find it quite informative. The post made is research that has been done by other peopel. Why condemn the website that posts it? Whether or not people actually decide to follow it is completely up to them, methinks. Anyway, I am a feminist, so I do think there is any issues with women being able to do what men can do.
Incidentally, Sanga, not to sound overtly aggressive, but I do not believe that issues like this should be left to just our intellectuals to ponder and dicuss upon. That is why we have blog sites and commentary section, so we can hear the thoughts of the general population.
It is better for us to do things in the God ordained method as chosen Children of God
This is incredibly instructive for someone whom has also been having difficulties with this circumstance. I have looked at countless resources to no avail. I will continue readingg and learning here in the hope of finally getting past this barrier.
Hey everyone, greetings from England. Does anyone have any advice on staying out of the friend zone with girls? Honestly I’m sick of women telling me they just want to be friends. Perhaps I’m being too nice?
express yr self. dont hide your feelings for someone of your age ok.
Any tips or advice that can help is always appreciated.-Healthcare Help
That’s really interesting. I never really thought about it like that. Thanks for the wonderful way of seeing things!
insightful. I never really thought about it like that. Thank you for the teriffic way of seeing things!
I think this is educational plus there is nothing wrong with the article. When we are open for other things(fashion, lifestyle etc etc ) and copy every possible things what the western people are doing, why not educate ourselves in sexual experiences too. I'm sure every one have their own little secret anyways..
Awesome site. Gives me the invcentive for my fitness goals this year.
This is a very good article, thanks! It’s the first time I come to your site, just found it in Facebook. I’ve been browsing around and there’s a lot of quality material. But one thing… I tried to add it to my Google Reader and can’t. Maybe it’s a only something going on with me… I’ll let you know if it stays like this!
You really make good articles I would say. This is the first time I visited your site and so far I am impressed with the research you made to make this article awesome. Good Job!
Wow! Wicked post! Totally agree with your views.
Never realised that masturbation works for women as well.
Well said, just what I was looking for.
I have also run across another site that may be of interest: http://findtruelove-datingsite.blogspot.com/
Thanks again.
Really? Ladies..Keep your Vasograin aside.
I do everyday and I am not ashamed…it keeps me stress free and curbs my desire to wander….so much for sin.
this article has nothing to do with a believer. the act is not a sin but a comforting one.
most of the mizo or naga or north-eastern women slutting around in indian metros are daughters and nieces of pastors.
the pastors detest mizo/naga guys and coax their gals to go out and have sex with non-mizo, non-naga guys.
these pastors mistake liberalism to be slutting around.
There is a limit for eve3rything and please guys look at it from the good side, do we want our younger generation to grow up with myths and lies…??? it is better to educate them properly. let them learn their body well so that they know how to control it.. we dont want underage gals pregnant every christmas. let them have fun but it will be better for the family concern and also for the new baby… why not move forward. but i have to say this … there will always be some donkey headed guys who like to point finger.. but they theym self never really good to do anything.. only want to get laid for free..
