National Integration camp held

The Zonal office of Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Mizoram zone organized seven days National Integration Camp (NIC) from 18th – 24th November 2009 at the Youth Hostel, Luangmual, Aizawl.

Some of the programme highlights were giving lecture, discussion, one act play, Yoga, field visit, cultural programmes, interaction with Governor, Army personnel, discussion with religious groups, meeting with community leaders, tree plantation, song and language learning, padajata were performed during the camp.

In the opening function, Pu C. Vulluaia, Hon’ble Ex-Law Minister, Mizoram was the Chief Guest. Mizoram Youth Affairs & Sports Minister – Pu Zodintluanga was the Chief Guest of the Closing Function and Pu Khamliana, President, Mizoram Youth Club was the the chairman.

100 Youths from Nagaland, Manipur, Assam, Tripura and Mizoram participated in the NIC camp.
